Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Takashimaya-ny.com order in accordance with NY state regulations if your shipping address is in NY state.
Order Status & History

NON-REGISTERED CUSTOMERS do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via e-mail or by calling 1.800-753-2038. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel any Takashimaya-ny.com order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be cancelled. A restocking fee may apply to large and heavy items cancelled after 30 days from the original order date.
REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: You may cancel your web order online. Click on MY ACCOUNT, sign in, select "View Order History," click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.
NON-REGISTERED CUSTOMERS, please call toll-free 1.800-753-2038 to determine order status; to cancel it, please have your order number ready.

Takashimaya-ny.com accepts the following credit cards for online purchases:

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically cancelled.
We only accept credit cards with a US billing address. If you live outside the US, please call 1-212-350-0805 to place a phone order.
Shipping Addresses
We ship within the United States. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or international addresses. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
Returns & Exchanges
At Takashimaya New York, we offer only the highest quality merchandise.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, contact us by mail or e-mail to obtain authorization to return.
An authorization number, which must appear on the return package, will be issued. Merchandise must be returned
in its original condition within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund, less shipping costs.
All sales are final after 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
All food merchandises including tea cannot be returned.
